What is this program?
The scrub ordering program is a collaboration between nursing faculty and the bookstore, as well as the vendor Scrubin. This program allows BHC students to order custom scrubs needed by their nursing program.
Why are these scrubs considered custom?
For an additional charge, these scrubs can be embroidered with the BHC logo. This embroidery replaces the patches, eliminating the need to worry about manually applying the patch to your uniform.
How do I access the portal?
Click on the Scrubin link above and create an account using your BHC student email. It will ask for an access code - use BHC309.
How do I know what I need to order?
Each nursing program participating in the scrub program will have a custom page on the bookstore’s website. The site will list everything needed – all to the exact specifications required by the program. This includes color, brand, and more.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted. If you are interested in using financial aid or a taxable third-party voucher to purchase your scrubs, please follow the in-store purchase instructions.
In-Store Purchases
What if I am using financial aid or a taxable third-party voucher?
You can still participate in this program! You will need to go into the bookstore BEFORE being able to place an order online. Once your purchase is complete in-store, the bookstore will work with Scrubin to get the funds posted to your account. Please allow 2-3 business days for these funds to show up on your account. YOU are responsible for ordering your own scrubs through the Scrubin website - the bookstore will not order for you.
How do I use financial aid or taxable third-party voucher funds on the website?
After your funds become available, you may purchase your scrubs on the website. Enter the voucher code in the "Voucher Number" / "Gift Certificate" field when checking out. IMPORTANT NOTE: if you spend more than your allotted funds, YOU are responsible for the difference!!
Can I use my voucher for two separate transactions?
No, you MUST use the whole voucher in one transaction. Any amount not used from the voucher will be zeroed out and unavailable for any future purchases. Vouchers are for one-time use only and unused funds will not be refunded.
Is there a shipping charge?
Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, shipping starts at $7.99.
When will I receive my order?
Scrubin recommends ordering your scrubs at least one month before you need them. The bookstore is not responsible for any delays in shipping.
There is an issue with my order or I have questions about returning an item. Who do I contact?
