Who is The Commencement Group?
The Commencement Group provides merchandise for graduates walking in the spring ceremony. This includes flowers, graduation bears, graduation necklaces, and commemorative graduation t-shirts!
How do I make sure my name is going to be on the t-shirt?
Students who submitted their graduation application by the deadline and decided to participate in the ceremony will have their name on the back of the shirt. There is no guarantee that a name submitted after the deadline will be listed on shirts being sold at the ceremony.
Can I pre-order?
Yes! It is highly recommended to pre-order. Ordering ahead is super easy and ensures your grad gets everything they want.
Where do I pick-up my order?
QC Ceremony: Pre-ordered items can be picked up at the ceremony at the table on the concourse. You may also purchase items day-of the event. Credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Cash App payments will be accepted at the venue.
EC Ceremony: Pre-ordered items can be picked up at the ceremony at the table on the lawn in front of the armory. You may also purchase items day-of the event. Credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Cash App payments will be accepted at the venue.
Church Hill Classics Diploma Frames
Who is Church Hill Classics?
Church Hill Classic provides custom diploma frames. We have worked closely with them to ensure the sizing and design is just right. Visit Church Hill Classics to check out their selection!
Can any BHC grad order a frame online?
Yes! While the bookstore has a small selection in-store, CHC provides a larger, year-round selection of diploma frames. Important Note: Black Hawk College updated their diploma frame size. If you graduated in before Fall 2024, your diploma will NOT fit into this frame. Early graduates have a smaller diploma size.
If I come into the store, will you place an order for me?
No, the bookstore will not place any special orders for you. If you would like to purchase a diploma frame from the Church Hill Classics website, you will need to do so on your own.
I need to return/replace an item. Can you handle that for me?
Since Church Hill Classic is a third-party company, we will not handle any returns or replacements. You will need to contact the company directly. All returns/replacements are subject to CHC's policy.
Jostens Class Rings
Who is Jostens?
Jostens is a company known for their graduation products. One of their popular specialty items are class rings. They have a large selection to choose from, and can be found on Jostens' website!
Can I create a custom ring? Will you order it for me?
While we will not place any special orders, Jostens' rings are totally customizable. You can create a ring that is just right for you via their website.
Are you able to take returns or reorder a replacement?
No, we do not handle returns or replacements. Since Jostens is a third-party vendor, all returns/replacements are subject to their policy. You will need to reach out to the company directly for more information.
