How To Access DDA Materials

On your Canvas class site, click the “VitalSource Course Materials.
- For e-books there will be a button that says "Read Now." Once you click on that, you will be directed to VitalSource's Bookshelf for any e-books.
- For Pearson courseware there will be a button that says "Launch or Access Courseware." Once selected, follow the below instructions:

FAQ About Accessing Materials
This varies by class and what materials are adopted. Most of the time, you will only have access for one semester, but in some cases, you may have access longer than 16 weeks.
Yes, you can opt out any time before the opt-out deadline (see "Billing"). While you are automatically opted in, opting out is not an automatic process and must be done manually!
Sometimes trying to open an assignment on a publisher's site from the Canvas Calendar, To-Do, or Coming Up tools open a page to buy an access code. Please try opening the assignment through the Modules, Assignment, and/or publisher link to overcome this issue. You may want notify your instructor of this problem.
